Govinda’s niece Ragini Khanna, who plays the lead role in Sony TV’s “Bhaskar Bharti” is the next after his daughter Narmmadaa Ahuja to take the plunge into Bollywood.
While Ragini has disclosed the banner and name of the film she might get involved in, details of Narmmadaa’s project are still under wraps.
“I was receiving offers since a long time. Then this film ‘Mare Mere Dushman’ was offered to me by Sri Adhikari Brothers and I thought ‘let’s do it’. It’s a dark comedy. My role is of a small town and village girl. But right now it’s too early to talk about the project in detail,” said Ragini who is the daughter of Govinda’s elder sister Kamini, who is a writer.
Ragini was earlier seen in TV show “Radha Ki Betiyaan Kuch Kar Dikhaayengi”.

There is a remarkable change in Salman Khan’s attitude. The actor recently stunned the audiences when he was all praise for SRK on his show.
The friendship between the two went sour last year after Salman accused SRK of making certain statements which were hurtful to the actor. The dispute had divided Bollywood into two camps.
Ever since the tiff, much has been written about their famous animosity. But, with Salman making conciliatory statements on his show, looks like the friendship between the two has got another chance at its feet.

Baby Shamili of ‘Anjali’ fame is beginning her second innings as lead lady in Telugu film. Shamili, who became famous as Anjali in ace director Mani Ratnam’s film, is the newest heroine of Kollywood. She also made a brief appearance in Rajiv Menon’s Kandukondein Kandukondein, as the younger sister of Aishwarya Rai.
Shamili is now being flooded with offers from Tamil and Telugu, and is eagerly awaiting the release of her Telugu flick Oy in which she plays the lead role opposite Siddhardh.
Oy is directed by Anand and music is scored by Yuvanshankar Raja. The songs are already popular and everyone is eagerly looking forward to see a new chemistry on screen.

The Model-turned actor John Abraham has all reasons to cheer after being recognized as an actor with Kabir Khan’s New York. It is indeed ironical that while a lot was expected from Neil Nitin Mukesh, nobody expected John to explode on screen.
While praise continues to pour in for the actor, he seems to be definitely taking it well in his stride. John is currently gearing up to begin shooting for his next movie, which is Abbas Tyrewala’s 1 800 Love later this month. The film marks the debut of Tyrewala’s wife Pakhi, who will be playing the female lead in the movie. John will be flying to London with the unit of the film for the first schedule of the movie to be held at the end of July. The second schedule of the movie too will be shot in London, in January next year. In the meantime, John fully deserves to bask in his well earned glory.
