Asin to judge beauty pageants
The semi finals and finals of the Pantaloons Femina Miss India 2009 (PFMI) to be held on April 5 will have Asin as one of the judges. It is the most prestigious beauty pageant in Asia which is happening at Andheri sports club in Mumbai.
The Femina Miss India pageant has brought fame and recognition to many beauties who went on to become stars in Bollywood. Some of the more famous names are Aishwarya Rai, Sushmita Sen, Priyanka Chopra, Lara Dutta, and Dia Mirza who were crowned as beauty queens.
The two other judges at today’s event are Sushmita Sen and Ajay Devgan. The hosts for the evening are Malaika Arora Khan and Madhavan.
The event will also have dazzling performances by Priyanka Chopra, Kangana Ranaut and Genelia D’souza choreographed by Shiamak Davar Institute of Performing Arts. The contestants will walk the ramp choreographed by Marc Robinson the contestant and fashion director of PFMI 2009.
