Sonakshi, daughter of actor-MP Shatrughan Sinha was signed up opposite Salman Khan. She at first agreed to debut with Salman Khan but later when Arbaaz Khan read out the script of his maiden production venture to her, she declined. The actress conducted her own research and arrived at a conclusion that all the heroines in Salman Khan’s flick were merely his arm candies and had no substantial role to play. Sonakshi, for this reason, decided to opt out of the film. She called up Arbaaz Khan and informed him about her decision.

Though young, Sonakshi is minutely studying every angle before signing her debut project. She does not want to take any chance with her first venture.
