Few years ago, unable to stand face to face, Bipasha went on making comments about Katrina Kaif in her interview. Now the Bong babe regrets for what she had done.

Bipasha confesses, ” I said I am not best friends with Katrina Kaif, I regret the fact that I took Katrina’s name, I believe that if you own up to your mistakes you don’t become small, I have never taken anybody’s name like this before and neither I had any problems like this before. I would like to say on National television that I regret making those comments, I regret naming Katrina.”

Bipasha also revealed that she doesn’t mind working with Katrina in future.

Actress Deepika Padukone surprised her boyfriend Ranbir Kapoor with a birthday party and by gifting him an expensive laptop. A source says, “Deepika took Ranbir to a suburban restaurant on Sunday night on the pretext of having dinner. She had already called some of Ranbir’s very close friends, which included Rohit Dhawan and Ayan Mukherjee, the director of Wake Up Sid. Ranbir, who is normally not a party animal, was pleased to see them and a couple of his old school friends. They had dinner and brought in his birthday. Ranbir was extremely thrilled.”

The source further adds “On his birthday on Monday, Ranbir also saw the first trial of his film, Wake Up Sid with Deepika and his parents.”

The director duo Abbas-Mustan are going to remake a Hollywood hit film Italian Job and they were desparately searching for the lead lady and that’s when they zeroed in Kareena Kapoor. But now the actress is said to have stepped back from the offer as she was not happy with the money being offered. Kareena has already worked with them in three films – Ajnabee, Aitraaz and 36 China Town.

Sources say that the directors are finding it difficult to find a replacement as good as Kareena. However, we wonder whether Kareena’s displeasure was with the pay-packet (she has had a good working relationship with the directors) or something to do with the lead actor Abhishek Bachchan who has reportedly agreed to be a part of the film. The whole world knows the two have avoided working with each other ever since things soured between their families with Abhishek and Karisma’s engagement being called off in 2003.
