A romantic thriller ‘Karthik Calling Karthik’ featuring Farhan akhtar and Deepika Padukone is slated to release on February 26, 2010. Farhan plays a lovable loser Karthik and Deepika Padukone plays a pivotal role in the film adding a lot of fun and colour to the film!

Produced by Ritesh Sidhwani and Farhan Akhtar, under the banner of Excel Entertainment and co-produced by Amit Chandra and Vijay Lalwani, under the banner of Magic Beans. The film is being directed and written by Vijay Lalwani. This film also stars Ram Kapoor and Shefali Shah. Music is scored by Shankar, Eshaan and Loy with lyrics by Javed Akhtar and cinematography by Sano Varghese.
