Producer Mohan has signed in actor Dhanush and Ananya for the next film Seedan which is to be directed by Subramania Siva. Other important casts include Suhasini Mani Rathnam, Sheela, Vivek, Ilavarasan, and Ponvannan.

The music will is by Dhina and camera by Srinivasan, an erstwhile assistant of PC Sreeram. Seedan is produced by ‘GoodKnight’ Mohan who had co-produced Puthu Vasantham and Perum Pulli and several other Hindi and Malayalam films. The shooting of Seedan will commence soon and a grand set have been erected at the Prasad Studios.
