Sources say that ace cinematographer Balu Mahendra has decided to quit his camera work. Instead, he will concentrate in direction. Balu Mahendra will soon start his next project with Priyamani and a debutant actor in the lead.

Now since Balu Mahendra will not handle the camera, the cinematography will be handled by Gold Medalist Anwar from Pune Film Institute.

Reports also say that Anwar will involve several students studying in his institute in Chennai in the making of this film.
