Assistant director Sudha, after having worked under ace director Mani Ratnam for 20 years, is becoming the director for the first time with Drohi. The film is waiting for its release.

There is a widespread speculation that Sudha will follow her guru director Maniratnam’s style. To this, Sudha says that it will not be so. She added that Drohi will have her distinct stamp and will not reflect Mani Ratnam’s style though she had worked with him for 20 years.

Drohi has Srikanth and Vishal as heroes and Poonam Bajwa and Poorna as their pairs.
