Rani Mukherjee’s name will be washed away from the memory of people if she constantly keeps herself away from the social gathering as she is doing so far or if she does not interact with media then days are not far. After the disastrous ‘Dil Bole Hadippa’, Rani was seen nowhere in public glare. It seems that she was very much hurt with the result of the film. Not only that she has stopped interacting with friends but even stopped attending any functions.

Sources say that, “Rani has stopped communicating with all her friends including Urmila Matondkar, Dia Mirza and Manish Malhotra. She hardly calls them up and at times, she doesn’t even take their calls. Instead, she prefers to spend a lot of time with her niece.”

The only person in contact with Rani is choreographer Vaibhavi Merchant. Rani stunned everyone when she skipped a wedding which she was supposed to attend. A close friend clarified, “The change in Rani’s behavior is inexplicable. Her friends want her to be the old Rani again but all she wants is to be left alone. She has become a very, very private person”.

The actress is currently shooting for ‘No One Killed Jessica Lal’ with Vidya Balan and she is also lending her voice to an animated feature film, ‘Koochie Koochie Hota Hai’.

He must be aware that there are millions out there who would love to see him and Kareena once again on screen. Though it seems quite impossible that the two actors would be signing a fresh film together, the only hope lies in MILENGE MILENGE which was made close to half a decade back. After all every month we keep hearing about the new release date of the film.

Sighs Shahid while being truly short of words, “Ab main kya bolun, itne saalon se comment hi kar raha hoon.” So why doesn’t he stretch himself and comment one more time. “Well, all I can say is that whenever it will release, I will be there for the makers. Beyond that the release date is out of my control.” Well, how about assigning some dates for shooting a music video along with Kareena for this Satish Kaushik directed film? Recently there were talks that Himesh Reshammiya had recorded a fresh song for the film on which a music video is being designed. “That’s true, even I read about it from papers though I have not been approached yet. The day they do, I will provide myself to them.”

Meanwhile, he is happy providing himself completely to his dad right from the pre-production of (tentatively titled) MAUSAM till the release. Happy that he won’t have any distractions because of the very fact that he would be on the sets of his dad’s film, Shahid is pretty much set in a direction where it is quality films for him rather than quantity.

The final verdict on the Selvaraghavan and Sonia Agarwal divorce case is to be given on March 12th 2010. The couple visited the court and announced to the judge they are still resolved about their decision.

Earlier, the couple filed a mutual consent divorce case with the Family Welfare Court in Chennai in August 2009. Their wedding that was held in December 2006 lasted only for about 2 years after which they decided to part ways.
